The restaurant, enveloped by vibrant flowers, was a haven for cheeky Flores white eyes-endemic birds that added a playful charm to my breakfast experience. Opting for the all-inclusive a la carte meals, I embarked on a culinary journey that surpassed expectations.Indulging in the carefully crafted dishes, each bite was a symphony of flavors, highlighting local ingredients with a global flair. The inventive menu truly showcased the culinary expertise of the kitchen team. While savoring my meals, the mini bar's thoughtful selection of treats, including chocolates, biscuits, and Bintang Beer, added a touch of luxury to my evenings.Despite the impeccable dining offerings, breakfast unfortunately fell short in variety and creativity. It lacked the personalized touch that the other meals effortlessly delivered. However, this minor hiccup didn't overshadow the overall exquisite dining experience at Angel Island.In conclusion, Angel Island Eco Resort not only tantalizes your taste buds but also immerses you in a sustainable dining experience, harmonizing with the resort's commitment to the environment.
